Artist Award to Vico Cham, AAAP Artist-in-Residence
“Clownfish” an art work by Vico Cham, AAAP artist-in-residence, received the Best Painting from the Philippines award from the Autism Trust Foundation of the United Arab Emirates (ATF-UAE). The Global Art competition drew entries and winners from several countries around the world – Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Syria, United Kingdom, Argentina, Palestine, United States of America, Canada, Ecuador, China, Jordan, Australia, New Zealand, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
In recognition of Vico’s exceptional talent, he will be awarded a week-long, all-expenses paid trip to Dubai for him and a companion (his mother, Catherine Cham) . His accomplishment will be honored at a gala awards ceremony on stage and awarding of a winner’s trophy and certificate from the Royal Highness of Dubai.

The Association for Adults with Autism, Philippines is a non-profit association, established by parents of individuals within the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and professionals dedicated to the welfare of those with this developmental disorder.
